The rebuilt Offsetcards Sample Pack is being developed as a focused set of ten to twelve house designs. Each card will demonstrate a deliberate combination of paper, thickness, print and finishing rather than acting as a loose catalogue of effects.
What the new edition is designed to show
- Duplex, triplex and ultra-thick constructions.
- Genuine hot foil, letterpress and blind impression.
- Relief, selective gloss, painted edges and specialist papers where they strengthen the design.
- Clear specifications so designers can compare what each production choice changes.
From the physical sample to the relevant specification
Each house sample is intended to connect by QR code to its corresponding design study. The study will explain the paper, thickness, production sequence and artwork decisions, then lead to the closest online product or the appropriate expert route.
A QR code will never replace visible product review: paper, quantity, timing and every selected option must still be checked before ordering.
