510 gsm recycled paperboard has visible natural fibre; 1.5 mm White Sumo has a cleaner, pale uncoated surface.

Two-sided letterpress on recycled board.
Casa de Linos uses black letterpress on both faces of one 510 gsm recycled sheet. Natural fibre and the pressed detail remain visible, without lamination or foil.
WHAT THE PROCESS DOES
Ink you can feel.
A raised plate transfers ink while compressing selected areas of the sheet. The result combines printed colour with a tactile impression.
Paper and artwork determine the character of that impression. Fine reversed detail, large solids and two-sided work are reviewed before plates are made.

What artwork should I supply?
Send a print-ready vector PDF, AI or EPS with fonts outlined and each side clearly separated. If your artwork needs preparation, ask for advice before ordering.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. A deep impression can affect the opposite face, so front and reverse artwork are reviewed together.
Can I add another ink colour?
The recycled-board products use black ink; White Sumo uses one ink colour. Additional colours need separate plates and a reviewed quote.
Are painted edges or rounded corners available?
Choose the dedicated painted-edge recycled product or the painted-edge option on White Sumo. Recycled board is supplied with square corners only; rounded corners are unavailable.

- Approve the checked artwork before production begins.
Allow 5–7 working days for production of the inked-letterpress cards, plus shipping. Contact us before ordering if you have a delivery deadline.

Foil & blind impression.
For reflection and uninked relief, consider hot foil with blind impression. These alternatives have their own specifications and production times.

Hot foil with blind impression
Reflective foil supplies colour while a second, uninked pass creates relief in the white board.

Deeper blind impression with hot foil
The thicker white board gives the uninked detail more physical presence beside one foil colour.
