IDENTITY & SCOPE
Who the contract is with.
Offsetcards.com is operated by Kartomania Ltd, a company established in Greece in 2006 with VAT number EL999210464 and business address at 27B Stavraki Street, Agios Ioannis Rentis 182 33, Athens, Greece. References to “Offsetcards”, “we”, “our” or “us” mean Kartomania Ltd.
These terms apply to use of the website and to orders or quotations accepted through it. Additional written specifications agreed for a bespoke order form part of that contract. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
An order must be complete and accepted.
Product pages and quotations describe the proposed specification; they are not acceptance of an order. A contract is formed when we accept the order after payment, artwork and any required production review. We may decline or ask to amend a file that is incomplete, unlawful or unsuitable for the selected process.
Prices, VAT treatment, delivery charges and payment methods are shown at checkout or in the quotation. Full payment is normally required before production. Tax treatment depends on the customer and destination information supplied.
ARTWORK & APPROVAL
You control the content you supply.
You are responsible for spelling, contact details, rights to use the artwork and the final approved design. Files must follow the published Artwork Specifications. Our technical check does not replace proofreading or legal clearance.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use the supplied content and that producing it will not infringe another person’s rights or break the law.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTION
Print is not a screen preview.
Paper, ink, foil, relief and edge finishing are physical materials and processes. Colour can differ from an uncalibrated monitor, office print or earlier run. Paper shade and surface may vary between manufacturing batches. Reorders are produced to match the approved specification as closely as reasonably possible, but an identical material result cannot be guaranteed.
Registration, cutting, impression and quantity are subject to normal production tolerances appropriate to the agreed process. Any tolerance material to a bespoke job should be confirmed during production review.
TIMING, DELIVERY & CANCELLATION
Production and transit are separate.
Production estimates begin only after payment and acceptable artwork. Shipping time is additional. Carrier dates are estimates unless a written guarantee has been agreed.
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We can cancel an order that has not entered production. Because printed business cards are normally made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the personalised goods are being made. Your rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain.

PROBLEMS & LIABILITY
We will assess the supplied evidence and applicable rights.
Report a damaged, defective or incorrect order promptly with the order number, description, photographs and packaging. The available remedy may include replacement, reprint, price reduction or refund, depending on the facts and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
WEBSITE & ACCOUNTS
Use the service lawfully.
Keep account credentials confidential and tell us if you believe an account has been misused. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected data, upload malware or use content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Website content may be updated and availability cannot be guaranteed without interruption. Product photographs and guides are informational; the accepted order specification controls the work.
LAW & CONTACT
Greek law and mandatory protections.
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdiction available under the law of your country of residence. We encourage customers to contact us first so that a concern can be assessed directly.
